An ancestor of my husband - Barbara McLeod b. 1906 Blairgowrie, Scotland - was a Petty Officer in the Wrens in the 2nd W.A.  I have a photo. of her with her Unit in front of a Vought Corsair aeroplane, at Roosevelt Airfield.  Can anyone tell me anything further about this?
