My uncle R A Brockwell was killed on 13th. March 1945 in Calcutta and is buried in Bhowanipore cemetery. I have a painting of him done by a fellow seviceman, Ken Raymon. I have been trying to find any surviving relatives of his. They were both in the navy. I don`t what ships they served on, only that on his CWGC it mentions H.M.S. President 111 which I now know to be land based.
Thanks for any help that may be forth coming

You can ask for a copy of your uncles service record; this will give details of the ships he served on.
