I've just been reading about H.M.S. PRESIDENT III, that it was set up in aug. 1939 at Clarks College in Bristol to deal with the P&V etc relating to D.E.M.S personnel, but was moved may 1941 to Dedworth Manor, Windsor after Bristol was bombed.Does anyone know if there was any damage done to the records stored in Bristol by the Luftwaffe? Thanks.
