As a kid I remember the boom defence vessel HMS Barbour and one other (the name of which escapes me) at Mombasa during the war.  Does anyone have any details on when Barbour was posted to Mombasa and when she left and what was the other boom defence vessel stationed there?

All I know of this vessel is that she was launched and commissioned in 1941 and immediately sent to Trincomalee - after that ???

Many thanks, Robin

She was scrapped in 1952
