I would be grateful for assistance from any reader who may have either blank or completed example of Royal Navy ships forms or ledgers or documents that they would be willing to copy and e-mail to me.

Of particular interest are those relating to pay, cash, victualling/messing and stores accounts, allowances, expenses, entry, training, advancement, discipline etc. Many of these forms and ledger pagers are recorded, either to a greater or lesser degree, in the various additions of Kings/Queens Regulations and Admiralty Instructions for the Government of His/Her Majesty's Naval Services. Others are not necessarily listed. I am also interested in those forms used by the RNR, RNVR, RFR, WRNS as well as the RN.

In some cases the use and content of the forms is well understood, others though are either less well known or their use less well understood. I hope by sighting and, if possible, building up a library of as many of these documents as possible I will be able to improve my understanding of this aspect of Royal Navy history.

Does any one have examples of T124, T124T[move]and T124X engagement forms that they could let me see?

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Regards

stontamar
