My late father "Smiler" Ted, Royal Marine CH/x 104139, trained at Exmouth RMRD May/June 1941 and I have looked at roughly what that might have meant for him.  But the following four years of WWII are very elusive.  His record says he was HBL RM Div form June 41 to Sept 43 and HBL MNBDO (possibly "1") from Sept 43 to May 45.  And that is all I have untill "Flycatcher" and "Nabcatcher" which have been more fruitful in sharing with me my dad's war time activities.  Can anyone help me see what Ted Badham was up to from 41 to 45.  He, during this time, found my mum in Ballymena, Co. Antrim!  Wow! how did that happen?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. My thanks for this site too.
