Hello,

My father was born in 1945 in South Africa due to my grandfather serving in the Royal Navy (he was stationed somewhere in Africa).  I am looking to see if I can either find a Naval birth certificate for my father or get in contact with a Naval department that may be able to assist me in finding one.
